What do we mean by culture change?
We mean: changing attitudes and beliefs within our dominant Western culture that contribute to colonialism, and that keep people from fully participating in our communities. is slow, but it’s made up of many small actions. It’s just as important to learn from what doesn’t work as it is to build on what does.
